Hey, I’m Bobby. If there’s one thing I know, it’s what it’s like to feel stuck in a body you’re not proud of.

Growing up, I was always the skinny guy. You know, the one who’d get picked last in gym class and couldn’t fill out a t-shirt to save his life. I stayed that way all through high school—until one day, I saw a picture of myself at the beach. Let’s just say, the guy staring back at me wasn’t the confident, strong version of me I wanted to be.

So, I decided to change.

The problem? There’s a lot of bad advice out there, and I tried all of it. Crash diets, ridiculous workout plans, and supplements promising miracles. I did gain weight eventually—unfortunately, it was mostly fat. I went from skinny to chubby, which, believe me, wasn’t the transformation I had in mind.

Frustrated but determined, I started digging into the science. I learned about evidence-based fitness—stuff that actually works, backed by research and results, not just some gym bro’s opinion. Once I understood the basics of proper nutrition and effective training, everything changed. Slowly but surely, I built my ideal physique: lean, strong, and confident.

That transformation didn’t just change my body—it changed my life.

Since then, I’ve been on a mission to help others avoid the same mistakes I made. I started as a personal trainer, working one-on-one to guide people toward their fitness goals. Eventually, I took my coaching online to reach even more folks looking to transform their bodies and lives.

Now, I run Scrawny to Swole, dedicated to helping guys just like you build muscle, gain confidence, and become the strongest version of themselves—without wasting time on gimmicks or nonsense.
